Thought Matinez was excellent, agree nowt wrong with 3rd goal and Bayern should have had a pen in the first half.

Barca were dreadful. As good as Bayern were, they were up against a shell of a Barca side who seemed to have had no belief anyway. Against PSG they were playing badly, went the goal down and Messi came on and they played with a bit more belief. Against Bayern I think the whole team knew that Messi was running lame and it probably stripped them of any belief as they were playing a strong Bayern side and not newbie PSG.

I'd say that it could be the end of the era of Barca being seen as the best side in the world, but they will still be one of the two mega sides in Spain and awesome competitors in the CL.

Liverpool Supporters Club chairman Richard Pedder tells BBC Radio 5 live that striker Luis Suarez deserves his 10-match ban.

"I don't think it's a shock, I think he deserves everything he gets. There's mixed reaction, some people think he should have got more, some less. We should be shocked by what he did on the pitch," he said.

"The club have said they won't let him go. It's down to the club to tell him 'this is your last chance'. He won't leave the club [this summer].

"They shouldn't have said anything and just accepted the ban. With them releasing a statement, it's going to go on and on again and we want it closed. We haven't had enough [of Suarez] but we're concerned. Nobody is bigger than the club."

I didn't think I'd ever see it, but there is evidence that not every scouser is deluded.
