Just checking the card and O'Grady has only gone and stuck the same jockey on it who he told to ride it hands and heels last time out but unlike like last time Mangan can claim his 5lbs in this which means not only has it got 18lbs inhand of the handicaper for this race, its also got a 5lb claimer on board on paper its running off 122 but is a 147 horse.

If Frankel doesn't win and I get my £50 back its going on The Real Article in Galway Hurdle as long at it hasn't gone a silly price.

Only bet for me today is Frankel - got 8/11 last night, woulda done Chandlery out of the ones I put up too but decided to see if I could manage to get to the bookies this afternoon, but just managed to sneak away from work about 15 mins ago.

Think a bit much being made of Frankel not having Goodwood experience - top class horses it doesn't tend to make much difference.

That was UNBELIEVABLE! First time I've seen Canford ridden along and being pushed along in such a manner. One shake and it was over.

Another one for Sir Henry - that will surely shut the Hannon camp up as before the race the Hannon's were suggesting it was a surprise that Frankel was going for the race, whereas Henry remained modest throughout.

What a horse, that was amazing.

Thought it was very disrespectful of Richard Hannon to more or less claim that his horse doesn't act going downhill and would've won otherwise. He acted on it last year when he p*ssed over Rip Van Winkle, and Hughesie said in his RP column he doesn't see the track as a problem.

Abdullah hinted he might keep it in training next year, to be fair. Though that policy hasn't really done much for Workforce this year.

Hughes was very sporting in defeat, Hannon doubtless will be pleased Frankel's stepping up to 10f.
