Cracking days racing at the Curragh tomorrow.
Banimpire should take all the beating, although all this racing will surely take its toll at some point.
Frederick Engels should run a massive race with Murtagh on board, although you can't rule much out. Gatepost was very unlucky at Royal Ascot and could run better than his price suggests. Lilbourne Lad should run a decent race but can't see him winning, while Coolmore will of had a few options for this one so shows that Power is expected to be in the mix.
For the fillies race, Maybe doesn't seem to have as much competiton. JOB eased her last time so her winning distance doesn't do the performance justice. Yellow Rosebud is dangerously unexposed, while Remember Alexander is going the right way. Another race I wouldn't get too involved in.
Deacon Blues makes the trip over for the group 3 sprint and carries top weight. British sprinters at group level aren't generally the most reliable (glorified handicappers) except the odd few so may pay to take him on at odds on. Hitchens ran a massive race in the July Cup, likes the course and is an e/w bet to nothing.
Dream Ahead is obviously group 1 level (unlike the aforementioned glorified handicappers mentioned) and has a massive chance in the Maurice de Gheest. Is up against some good horses and wouldn't be rushing to back him at 5/4 - most likely winner, but if he gets boxed in again then the cards might not fall so favourably as last time when he was switched and found a gap. Zoffany has a nice finishing burst so he could be an e/w bet to nothing at general 6s.
