England is part of Europe, Fredie.

English is a European language (a Germanic language, to be a tad more specific). Most names in this country are, therefore, European.

Perhaps you should be asking yourself why Australia doesn't seem to have many Australian names in there – you know: ones from the indigenous naming culture.
