Okay, maybe what I said was a tad strong but you do seem to be adopting the approach that United are victims. They have never been victimised by the authorities. Maybe you are being defensive over Rooney's elbow and the press it received. Believe me, United's friends at SKY did not make much of it all. Other 'challenges' are subject to far more scrutiny by SKY.
If I remember rightly, David Gill was chair of the committe that decided to fast-track the punishment of Adebayor's cowardly stamp last year. The result...he missed City's next match - against United. That may make me sound like I am playing the victim but the point I am making is that all club's have gripes. I would think United have less gripes than most clubs. You were even given 97mins to win the league.
