Thank god that rancid old fart is finally retiring.
This is the end of United's glorious era. Their great teams in the past have come and gone, but fergie has always been there to keep things ticking over.
I think that david moyes will do alright at United. They'll still play good football, they'll challenge in europe, and for the title, and they'll win domestic cup competitions. But the lions share of titles over the next decade will go to city and chelsea.
This is a golden opportunity for city. The 2 main rivals, united and chelsea will be bedding in with new managers, they are already settled with a proven manager. Back mancini, and I guarantee they'll win the title next season.
But no, like a bunch of f*cking idiots, they'll sack Mancini, and then they've set the tone. That's it, they'll be just like chelsea, stuck in a perpetual rot of chasing instant success and changing manager everytime it doesn't happen, exasperating the situation further.
Actually, scrap that, man united will still take the lions share of titles over the next decade because every time chelsea and man city lose a game they'll be on the verge of sacking the manager. Stupid, stupid clubs.
