I'm staggered how many people include Milner in their England team, including it seems Fabio Capello, He's done nothing at Manchester City and seems to escape a lot of this 'expensive flop' chat but he's been rubbish.

Matt Jarvis has been in much better form recently, so too probably A.Young, Lennon.

Milner has barely played recently through injury and poor form, so I agree with you JWP.

I think because he had a decent WC, Capello still thinks he's awesome.

Milner has never shown anything to warrant him above players like Kevin Nolan and the like IMO. Gash player, always has been, always will be. Wouldn't surprise me if he was a Marwood flop.

Thing is, c.26 million for him, that's almost Shevchenko money - yet in terms of flop natter, he never gets a mention. Well, I've not seen a worse 26 million spent in the Premiership this season.

England have made a good start here, lets just hope they can keep it up.

Also hope Rooney gets a couple, seem ages since he got an International goal.

I thought it was just me. I just don't get it, doesn't appear to have any tricks to beat a man, doesn't appear to have great speed and doesn't appear to be a great crosser. I never understand how he starts in front of Johnson for England or City
