Or professional as in employing a pillock who struts about Europe, invading a former club's press conference just to satisfy his ego, then when actually on the field, spends most of the time behaving like a prick, arguing with his team mates and using nasty, snidey tactics on opposition players??...

As for Mancini, its his own fault he wasn't prepared to lose Yaya to the African nations. After walloping teams early doors and the 6-1 game in particular, I think it went to his head that United were a spent force and the rest of the teams were just making up the numbers. He also admitted he hadn't prepared the team fully for an obviously tricky away game at Everton.

City should be dominating by now. It's been what 4 years since the money started pouring in? This City squad has so much more depth and quality than the Utd side that's it's incredible that they aren't over the hills and far away. Throw in the farcical handling of the Tevez affair and Mancini has had a very poor season.

Still a long way to go in t title race. Can see Utd dropping 4 points before the city game so will depend if they are good enough to take advantage.

Its so funny when Man Utd fans all of a sudden get all cautious and come out with the "rent a quote" lines.

Probably be all over by the derby game...Fergie won't let it slip...Mancini has.

United never let it slip.

Either they overhaul a gap or they maintain their own gap built up, but once they are in the driving seat for the final run in, they always win.

Hope the above two posters are correct but this is an average Utd side over reliant on a player who was happily enjoying retirement at the start of the season.

Spot on, and it just serves to highlight how big a balls-up Mancini and City have made of this title race.

At least when Keegan flunked it, it was against a decent United team....Mancini will have lost it to a fairly mediocre United side, which makes last year's weak bunch look a good team.

The facts are, United are steadily getting weaker, year on year, but still they stay one step ahead of the chasing pack....This, coupled with this year's appalling European preformances from the English sides, is probably all the evidence you need that the Premier League is slipping in standard.

The last thing we need to do at City is get rid of Mancini.

If we don't win the league I agree it will be a dissapointment but just because money has been spent it doesn't mean we've a god given right to win anything.

The key is stability, we haven't had that for 20 years. Mancini has had us playing great football this year and has proven strong enough to deal with egos. (Tevez was the one who came back with his tail between his legs).

It's gone wrong since Feb but hopefully the team will learn and grow. Every year since Mancini has been in charge we've improved. I see no reason why that wouldn't continue.
