Paddy Power Chase - Done Mon Parrain @ 5/1 & Araldur @ 25/1 EW
Mon Parrain looks like another Nicholls star.
Backed Araldur on return to chasing when coming 2nd stupid not to take 40/1 at the time but didn't know the plans, very low weight for a horse who was fancied for the big Cheltenham races before problems.
Greatwood Hurdle - A Media Luz 16/1 EW - 4 Places
This thing is either going to hack up that hill or come steaming and find love all, I have backed it a few times last season an she just couldn't settle so I gave her another shot with first run this season in the hope she could settle and she did but faded on the run for home, I didn't watch the race just had in on the RP app so didn't think much of it even though they did say inrunning she travelled well, having watched it back now Geraghty does look like he's just ready to push the button but finds little.
She could just be a bridle horse over hurdles but she did have enough to battle for a Group 3 in France on the flat coming 2nd.
Could come in for support as it seems the run didn't go unnoticed.
RP race report
Given her ability on the Flat, the one to remember from this contest has to be A Media Luz. Having settled better than usual she looked all over the winner turning in, and whether it was principally down to fitness or stamina as to the reason why she faded remains to be seen. She should be sure to come on for this and must be noted.

A MEDIA LUZ - Nicky Henderson
A number of Nicky Henderson's horses appear to need their seasonal reappearances this term so there was plenty to like about the run of A MEDIA LUZ in a truly-run Ascot handicap on Saturday.
The filly was one of the last off the bridle, despite the frantic gallop set by Kumbeshwar, before a lack of an outing told and she faded into third. A flat track seems to suit well and there look races to be won with her this term.
