Two excellent results for United. Played very well in both games and deserve to go through.

Schalke will be a tough opponents, but you have to fancy our chances.

Torres is showing the same body language that he had with us, like he couldn't care less. It's surely got to be a concern for Chelski fans.

If Torres is shot, which is a possibility, then they will be laughing long and hard about robbing us.

But if we were to sort him out for next season, play in a way to help him rather than strangling the life out of him, then the scousers know that the joke's on them for spunking 70% of his fee on donkey Carroll.

Need to get Ashley Young and a creative midfielder. Lampard isn't one. The bin dippers on here will tell you that Torres was at his most dangerous when he had Gerrard and Benayoun with him.

I don't really see him not caring. He's worked really hard and tried to do things, but most of the time he's getting the ball 40m from goal, marked by 3 players and no support.

In the box his touch has been poor, but TBH I think most strikers do go through plenty of bad touches in the box. But IMO most strikers are given plenty of opportunities to rectify their errors. Torres has had so few chances created for him that he's only getting one or two glimpses and because of all the pressure he's snatching at them.

As Souness said, if he can't score (or even look like scoring) when he has a midfield of Xavi, Iniesta, Xabi Alonso and sometimes Fabregas supplying him then he's going to struggle even more with the likes of Ramires, Essien, Mikel, Ramires trying to supply him.

I don't think its a case of him not trying though I think he's just lost all of his self-belief and confidence. Maybe he needs the off-season to fully recuperate and get fully fit ahead of next season.

Excellent couple of wins for Nited though and actually look to be playing a fair bit more football than we have done all seaon.

I haven't seen him alot since he signed for your lot, but tonight he did, IMO. When Chelski were attacking in the first half, through Ramires and Lampard, their was no movement from him, Chelski were looking to slip balls in the box for him to run onto but their was nothing. Now, Drogba when he came on, however, was doing that and that's what Torres should of been doing; holding play up, movement inside the box, etc etc.

According to Onda Cero radio, De Gea has agreed to join United. Deal between clubs and the financial terms with him had been agreed for a while.

Alexis Sanchez from Udinese seems to be attracting interest from Inter, City and Utd.
