The perfect manager to face when you're 4-0 down is Mourinho. He doesn't care about getting an 8-0 aggregate score, he's more interested in containment and saving energy for important games that rubbing beaten sides nose in it.

Not sure if I said it on here, but I definitely said it to a few mates. When you signed Torres, I immediately felt Rafa was a possible contender, purely because he's the only manager to get great form from Torres; however, I always felt that Roman's FM11 approach to owning a football club would never allow that to happen. Rafa's a top manager, an easy scapegoat for many on here who read mindless drivel in the press. He has his flaws, as does every manager, but he's definitely one of the best managers in Europe, thing is, Chelsea would just be another Inter job for him, a bunch of old players that aren't capable of the big time anymore. If he's backed to get rid of many, he'd be a good appointment, but very few managers are given that sort of backing, especially at the big clubs.

That's a stupid things to say as Scholes was dealt with accordingly. Carragher's wasn't.
