Light shower ? It's p*ssing it down. You don't get rain like that in England. It's the right decision, you could see on the onboard cameras that the drivers had no visibility at all. I have been in KL when that type of storm has hit. 6 inches of standing water on the roads. Its crazy. Nice to view from indoors though
