Pitch starting to misbehave a little now, whether it will do enough to bowl WI out twice I am not sure though.

As always with the Windies, Chanderpaul and Sarwan are the key to holding the innings together now Gayle has gone. As long as England don't get obsessed with banging it in halfway down the pitch and get the batsmen coming forward to play shots, the variations in the pitch will do the rest as they did with Flintoff.

am i right in thinking that harmison was dropped for the 2nd test but now a couple of days later hes playing. is this to do with the pitch and whos been dropped for him

Yes, and Sidebottom in that order.

The pitch at the ARG offers a bit more for the taller bowler who bangs it in a bit. England also made a change in Swann for Panesar to strengthen the lower order batting expecting the pitch to be a beast.
