Hue Jackson confirmed as Raiders Head Coach, Al Saunders apparantly going to be OC.

Not sure how I feel, Cable was a good coach, but with those 2 pulling the strings, the Raiders could have a surprisingly potent offense next year. Just need to get the D a good coordinator, and some DBs.

Vernon Kay's put together a team to play against Birmingham Lions this weekend, I might pop down to watch. Considering we have the Lions next week.

It's free entry, but will be made into a mini series for ITV2 apparantly.

I'd like the Packers to win it for two reasons.

One - I won't feel so bad about getting such an embarrassing whupping on national TV at home if they go on and win the whole thing, and

Two - the knock on Peyton Manning's claim to being a "great" quarterback for so many years was that he had the numbers but hadn't won a Superbowl. I'd hate to see the same thing happen when people judge just how good Rodgers is.
