If they aren't, you expect McClaren and Ferrari to be back up in the top 5 next grand prix. Brawn, Toyota and the like won't stand a chance without the diffusers.

FIA rule that diffusers are legal, and Brawn, Williams and Toyota will keep all their GP points.
