Well the angle (IIRC) started late 2002, so it can't have been that years (Shut Your Mouth) so I reckon either Here Comes The Pain, or the first SM v Raw (the one with Vince on front).

Really?! Excellent, will have to have a nosey! Read somewhere that it was partly designed to take the p**s out of Eric Bischoff (who was involved in the angle), after rumours started about him and his wife having some, er, fun, with a woman they knew!
