Just because I want a team to lose doesn't make someone bitter

Thing is, you need $$$$$$ to make the top 5. We've consistently been good for years with hardly any £. You need millions to reach our level, what does that say?

I agree. It's amazing how Everton reach this imaginary top 5 spending £0.00 in the past 5 or so years. Moyes is a magician.

I'd love to see other clubs/ managers net spending compared to ours/ Moyes'.

A manager doesn't get voted LMA Manager of the Year for three out of 6 seasons for nothing.

As for Moyes, he's a good manager, makes the best out of a fairly limited squad. Don't think he'd be a good manager of a top 4 side, though.

Agree 100%.

Moyes is crap with money when he's had it (that being having to sell players then use it before you start ... He's better with the bargain buys. He's also a master at getting the best out of average players or getting players to fill their potential and more, at least.

Don;t think he's one for ego's either..i.e. Rooney and Lescott. Too many ego's at top 4 clubs..and Spurs and now City.

Money or not is irrelevant to me as a spectator.

Fact is, you've won the same as us over the last 14 years for all the top five finishes and have played as many games in the Champions League proper.

A similar fact is that I, as a spectator, have more chance of seeing those ambitions realised over the next few years.

However, I do accept that your Rugby League team has more chance of winning things over the next few years than mine.

Fantastic. I wonder how long this 'Evertonians are jealous and bitter towards City' will keep up.

Ah well, you keep spending your millions and maybe, just maybe you can equal our league finishing position this season.
