City look very vulnerable at Stoke today.

Lescott & Nastasic look very uncomfortable s a partnership. Hart out of form, the defense generally still adapting to the new manager's system.

Fernandhino and Yaya has the potential to be a great partnership in midfield but at the moment there's more than a touch of "Lampard & Gerrard" about them.

Rovers have probably the worst squad of players i can remember in 25+ years and the dingles from Burnley still can't beat us 34 years and counting

If the first month is anything to go by, it's going to be a pretty open title race this year in the Premier League. Does that make you Liverpool fans even MORE convinced that you can win it?

I've not met a single Liverpool fan who's convinced we can win it. I think most are optimistic about our ability to compete in the big games, but I've yet to meet anybody convinced by our quality in depth, or even overall quality. We've played three and won three, that's good but I'm not getting ahead of myself. If we finished in the top 4 we'd have punched well above our weight. Key for us will be January and if we try and inject quality (like we did last January), IMO we didn't get all the business done that we'd have liked. I wouldn't be surprised to see Skrtel leave and potentially Suarez if Real come calling.

Interesting game last night. Shelvey clearly keen to prove the decision to flog him was wrong and possibly trying a bit too hard. Hard to argue with the positivity of his work going forward for Swansea though. He's got a lot of potential.

Liverpool somehow escaped with a draw. They look a bit more resilient now but I think that game is a reminder that they're not actually that good. If Luis starts with a bang they could well continue this run.

What do people on here think of Ross Barkley? Having watched the Everton - Chelsea game back yesterday I can't believe Moyes didn't come knocking for him. He looks an outstanding talent and Bob's decision to loan Barry to sit behind him and mop up after him looks a stroke of genius.

Barkley should stay at Everton for another three or four years and develop his game rather than go to a big club now when he won't get a game at most of them. It's great to see some youngsters getting their shot this season.

Nice attempt, but people have sussed you out now, so nobody is stupid enough to give you a bite.
