Fully deserved win, the 2nd half display was excellent. Thought Nani was decent, his touch and control were very good as was his ball for the 2nd goal. Despite the Tevez goal Rio was a rock and is looking more like his old self, shame he will probs get a ban. The midfield three were especially good.

What a great cup tie.

Real shame about pr*cks making a fool of themselves and their fellow fans. The stuff thrown at Bellamy tonight and Evra last week is absolutely disgracful. Hopefully the nob tonight will be dealt with.

Citeh had better make sure they kick on and do something in the league, like get 4th specifically. I just don't see how they are going to step up into the top echelon unless they are in the Champions League and can attract the quality players they need. The players they do have are the kinds who are happy to forgo European competition for the dollar, mercenaries of the highest order. Those kinds don't fight with the heart they should.

I would LOVE United to field a weakened side for the final. Throw the Gibsons and Wellbacks at Villa and really rub City's noses in it.

A nice easy win for Everton tonight as well. I think the reserves would have won that one. Sunderland are another side with no bottle.
