Not really bothered if Liverpool win or lose. But I'm delighted they have to play for the whole 120 minutes.

Absolutely gutted. Thought we done enough over both legs to go through. It's gutting to go out to away goals but rules are rules. The tie was a great tie, fiercely competed by two sides performing well short of the standards they've set themselves in recent seasons.

The lads done us proud tonight with an inspired performance, just a shame that the tie was decided by a disallowed goal away from home, it deserved much better.

Brilliant night. York somehow beat Luton despite us been played off the park and Fulham turn over Hamburg. Top stuff

F*ck you Channel 5, apart from Graham Taylor, who actually realised there were two teams playing in the tie.

All I've heard from them since the draw and during the games is how average Athletico (sic) Madrid are, and how it shouldn't be a problem for Liverpool, well they've not exactly shown themselves to be any better have they? I wonder if people being highly paid to talk about football might learn how to pronounce the name of one of the teams playing before the final?

You can't win a final on away goals, so congratulations Fulham, teams who are inept in the Champions League shouldn't have a safety net and it would be fitting if they win the thing.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the away goals rule is silly and unfair.

We didn't get an extra 30 minutes to score an away goal, although we did score one.

Maybe you should appeal?

I don't like the away goals rule either. I think it's a 5hitty way to go through. But you had the advantage of playing 120 minutes in the decisive match at your stadium.

It's a poor rule. If we'd have gone through, I'd have said the same, because Atletico wouldn't have had the extra 30 minutes at home that we had.

I think it's a ridiculous rule anyway, but carrying it on to extra time just makes things even worse, I'll never agree with it, regardless of the advantages/disadvantages my club can gain from it.
