Indeed, and to lose someone that close to you I would say that 4 months is still recent. I stand to be corrected but has Cohen actually sored in the intervening period?

Quite & I've no doubt that Cohen (and many others before him) weighed that up before doing so. My point was simply that as a rule it's absurd, if you really feel that such an action was worthy of the same punishment as a cynical foul than fair enough, that's your opinion. For me though I just don't see the point in a caution for something so trivial.
