The biggest thing they need is to rid themselves of the fallacy that playing beautiful football is more important than winning.
That, and the constant excuse that they can't win anything because other sides spend so much more money, is the biggest hurdles that Arsenal need to overcome.
The players they have can be tweaked and improved, but it will do no good to bring in an aggressive defensive midfielder if you fill his head with the nonsense that Wenger's come out with for years.
