nah,the Canaries to finish bottom for me - QPR have loadsamoney available to keep them off the bottom but Delia doesn't have the cash to invest plus the manager will be poached by someone like Villa.

No doubt Wigan will be tipped for the bottom should we survive (which I still think we will) as usual.

Quite happy with the teams coming up tbh. Not sure either of them will be massively ahead of us and the teams in the playoffs don't fill me with much worry either.

nah,not much coming up again next year - take Tarrabt out of QPR and they would be mid-table IMO - Cardiff look a decent outfit and LUFC would bring some spice back to the Premiership.
One thing Norwich & LUFC would do is guaranteee good home crowds which is something at least...

Is it any coincidence that Nited and Rooneys form has improved since Valencia's return to the team/squad? Not saying that Valencia has been outstanding but it stretches the game a lot more having him out wide which in turn gives Rooney more room.

I'd never seen Neuer before but he was outstanding in that first hour, very Schmeichel-esque with some of his saves.

Looking at the bottom of the PL and the games they all have to play, I still have no clue who's going to go down as there are still 3-4 games between them all - Wigan v West Ham, Wolves v Blackburn, West Ham v Blackburn are all humungous games.

...and yet they thrashed the current Champions League holders. I'm not buying into this La Liga or the Bundersliga are the top league competitions in the world because quite simply they aren't. The Premier League is head and shoulders the best and most entertaining. Last year in La Liga the team which finished fourth were closer to getting relegated than they were to the top of the table. There's nothing wrong with saying it's a good league and I think it's just fashionable to try and suggest that other leagues are better when clearly they're not. The Italian league has still not recovered from the match-fixing and La Liga is just two teams. Where the Bundersliga deserves praise is in relation to the club structures but that doesn't detract from what the Premier League is which is the NFL, the MLB, the NBA of domestic football competitions. If we had better weather over here the competition would be like the NFL, MLB etc with all stars flocking to play here.

On a side note Guillem Balague's one-eyed bias is becoming rather tiresome. You can get away with it in Spain as he and many other journalists have been doing for years now, but when you unashamedly make it so obvious in Britain it tends to detract from your credibility and respect as a professional.

I've been following him on twitter for a while now, till this morning that is. I'd imagine that all football journalists follow a club, many since childhood, but is it really necessary to shout it from the rooftops at every given opportunity?
In Spain he works fit the pro-Madrid rag AS and I know full well he'll be expected to lean towards Real Madrid in his comments and articles but he has just come across as amateur and desperate during the four 'clasico' games.
