See, I've always thought otherwise. I think he's slow but covers a lot of ground, I just think he lacks ability. I can see why Moyes wanted someone like Moutinho, he'd compliment Fellaini perfectly and vice versa. I don't know why Moyes uses him in the hole but Cahill deeper.

See, even the redshites can see it Somethin I've been saying all season mate. Can't understand it at all, Cahill is such a different player in the hole, he is ineffective deeper in midfield. He played him there against Fulham and he scored, looked lively and played his best game so far this season. Hopefully Moyes will continue doing so.

As for Fellaini, I do like him he does have ability and so far this season coming off the bench he has been quality. He can pick a pass out too, his tackling has improved and we have a much better player so far this season. Main problem has been Moyes playing him in the hole, doesn't work, he just gets lost in the game. he is a passenger there but as I say so far this season he has looked much better.

I just don't think he has the composure to play there. Cahill has great movement, he seems impossible to mark and he can do it in open play as well as set pieces, he's good in the air and he gets in the box brilliantly. I've always thought he looks uncomfortable in midfield, and Moyes is just sacrificing his goal scoring prowess to utilize his work rate. A bit like Rafa with Kuyt.

Thing with Everton is they're starting to have more options, Bily brings the left foot to the final third which they've lacked at times. They'll have plenty of options, but I'm still unsure on the defence, surely Moyes will go with Distin-Jagielka when he's back?

I hope so! Yobo has the tendacy to fall asleep and also drops and plays sweeper playing the attackers on as shown v Fulham last week. He is a liabilty is Yobo. Jags' game solid and simple.
