No time was added on last time. There was a minute left when city scored and the time was frozen so the minute carried on from the kick off. United score and there are seconds left, not a minute, so you carry on with seconds to go.

It's not that difficult to work out. I mean City fans seem to take the moral highground all too often but if you listened to GMR yesterday evening some of the comments were very sour and off the mark. And lots of moaning about a possible penalty decision, you already got a soft one in the first game what more do you want?

Disappointing, but not as bad as watching the spurs & everton games. We really needed a 2 goal lead from the first leg.

We've made visible improvements in a short time under Mancini, with a fairly patched up squad. Now that the absentee players are starting to return I'm more confident that we can have a real go at a Top 4 place than at any time. And we've still got the FA Cup as a realistic target.

Boyata looks potentially a top class player. Things are looking good.

I was just wondering last night when United scored in injury time, could City have just kicked off while the United players were celebrating and at the other end of the field?

The reason i ask this is because someone told me that it happened and they shown a clip of a team doing it on Soccer AM and play was allowed to go on, and the team scored (obviously due to the opposition all being at the other end of the field). Was the referee right to let that go on, or can you not do it?

If this was allowed and did happen more often, it would stop some of the silly celebrations like running into the crowd etc.

Do you not want football players to show emotions?

"Well done ol' chap" *shakes his hand* then they trot back to the centre circle to re-start the match. Scoring a goal is the best feeling in the world as a footballer...let them go berserk.

My beef with letting the other team start while their opposition is in their half wouldn't be allowed to happen at the start of either half so why a referee would allow it to happen after a goal would be ludicrous.

I think there is a rather large offside issue there.

Mancinis tactics have ben spot on so far but last night think he was off. Why did we defend so tight we give the wingers Nani and Giggs space out wide and they continully strecthed us. No complaints they scored and they won they deserved to win last night. Ferdinand had a good game (N**head) we really need another central defender and a LB garrido was poor last night. 2 positives were the displays of Boyata and Richards (Looks back to he's form of 2 year ago)

Boyata looked shaky in the first leg, last night he was quality. He was City's best player IMO, I also thought Richards had a great game.

I see Sky are jumping on the 3D bandwagon and are going to show United and Arsenal in 3D in a few pubs across the UK. Oh, and City's tattoo boy.
