Judging from the CL games, I just don't think we're good enough to win at OT anyway. We'll see, I guess.
I could see us winning at OT and therefore going top, and then screwing up in the last two weeks of the season and handing the title back to United.
I just wish Schalke had turned up for the first leg. If they somehow make a game of it it could be very interesting seeing how much it effects Sunday if they go through an emotional game on Wednesday. I sadly think Schalke will surrender meekly, so while Weds is still an advantage for us, it won't be the advantage it could have been.
I still think Man Utd will win the league, but at least we managed to push them a lot closer than it was looking.
I do think we should have won this league, with ease. The fixture list at the beginning of the season was made for us. Real "take every game as it comes" stuff. In some ways it makes the mid-season slump even more puzzling. Either end of the season we were blessed with championship form, but in the middle of the season we offered relegation form.
