Gregory Helms and Chris Jericho were arrested for being extremely intoxicated in a public place on Wednesday at 5am (a petrol station, but no indication that they were driving). They were let out on a small bail and will probably receive a small fine, below are the mug shots.

We're the first ones to starve, we're the first ones to die The first ones in line for that pie-in-the-sky And we're always the last when the cream is shared out For the worker is working when the fat cat's about
On the Jericho-Helms pissedup incident; Jericho is sporting a black eye in a recent pic taken at a Fozzy In-Store signing, seemingly as aresult of the incident.
Matt Hardy was in the taxi with them, though whether or not he was intoxicated remains a point of debate. TMZ picked up on the story and tried to run with it, but the woman involved has said that she, too, was intoxicated and tired from a night out and, as a result, made the situation worse and it has been blown out of proportion. JR was quick to jump to their defence on t'internet; his twitter and blogs have referenced how talented they are, how much they love the business and what general good eggs they are and that this was a case of bad judgement, casued by beer - who hasn't been in such a situation?
Jericho has responded to a remark made my Bischoff on Bubba The Love Sponge's Radio Show, too. Bischoff referred to Jericho on the show by saying that he never got a push in WCW because "we didn't see him as World Champion material". Jericho posted on Twitter yesterday "Bischoff's right, I couldn't headline TNA. I'm not in my 50s".
On the TNA show on Friday, I really enjoyed the 'big time' feel about it. Even though it wasn't the whole arena, the part that was open was all-but full. Amazing for a company not yet in excistence for a full decade. I also loved how the crowd felt like a proper Wrestling crowd. I've only ever been to indie shows on the UK circuit and while there a few smarks, a lot of the times, the majority of the crowd was kids brainwashed by the WWE with parents who knew nothing of the show and cared less. I only saw one kid with a Cena shirt and Cap on; the majority of t-shirts were of the TNA variety, while some were real old school WWF/WCW shirts. There was also a fella dressed up as Sting - face paint, curly wig, nWo shirt, the lot. It was also a real hot crowd, which was pleasing.

Love the way Jericho's kinda pulling a heel smirk, what a legend!

Agree totally mate - made for a great atmosphere with it been largely adults. Could you imagine the "Chelsea Rentboy" chant happening at a modern-day WWE house show?! (if Wolfe/McGuiness had gone to WWE that is).

I can see a DX break up on the cards leading to a match between them at Wrestlemana. Though if you believe the 'insiders' it's going to be HBK vs Taker & Hunter vs Sheamus.
I thought they would have lost the titles on Smackdown and then one eliminated the other thus starting a feud.
Then again, the E seem to like having tag champs who hate each other.
I would mark for an Edge win at the Rumble but am tipping HHH.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship - The Undertaker (c) vs. Rey Mysterio.
ECW Championship - Christian (c) vs. Ezekiel Jackson.
WWE Women's Championship - Michelle McCool (c) vs. Mickie James.
30 Man Royal Rumble
Note: List as of January 31
* John Cena * Batista * Triple H * Chris Jericho * Shawn Michaels * Matt Hardy * CM Punk * Shelton Benjamin * Ted DiBiase * The Great Khali * Cody Rhodes * Yoshi Tatsu * MVP * Chris Masters * The Miz * William Regal * Kofi Kingston * Kane * R-Truth * Mark Henry * Zack Ryder * Jack Swagger * Big Show * Evan Bourne * Carlito
So that's 25 guys in the Rumble. 5 spots still open. Guessing one of them will be Edge. Any guesses for the 4 other spots?
Had a great night at TNA on Friday, really enjoyable show overall. Thought the opening match was probably the best, with not having Sky I hadn't seen much of Amazing Red's work - superstar in the making right there (if used correctly obviously). Highlights for me were:
* Desmond Wolfe - fantastic on the mike, and solid match with Angle * The Pope - this guy's got serious potential, what the hell were WWE thinking letting him go?! * The main event - plenty of comedy and entertainment, didn't realise how over Beer Money Inc are, superb stuff * The atmosphere * Dixie Carter mingling with fans all night, full credit to her (managed to get her autograph! ).
Took a few pics, not very good because was only using an 8.1 megapixel camera phone, but will post them up when get chance.
Only gripes were:
* The Ladder match - what happened?! Somehow became a kind of tag-team match between the 4, very wierd + disappointing they went against what they had advertised. * No Tara.
Joking apart though great show, will definitely be there when they next tour. TNA! TNA!
