Raptors didn't take long to revert back to last seasons shocking defense. Looks like it's going to be another season of high scoring losses. The Magic look good but the number of times we left them open for the 3 pointer was criminal. All the talk from our camp this summer/pre season has been on improving the defense. So far, I see little in the way of improvement.

Vince Carter has started well he look key to us this year also Nelson is playing well and back fit like you said we havea lot of good 3 point shooters you cant leave them wide open but with Howard in there you have to try and crowd the paint

I wonder what impact Vince would have had on the game. He always gets a heated reception so his presence could well have fired the crowd and our players up a bit more. Hopefully he'll be playing for the Nov 22 game so we'll get to see.

Nelson had a great game for your lot. He was a constant thorn in our side.

Ryan Anderson is the sleeper.

Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?

A tight 2pt home win against the bucks last night has got the bulls back to .500 at 2&2.

I know it's early day's, but it looks like it could be an indiferent season in Chi town. After an impressive opening game, the bulls had two very poor outings before a less than convincing win last night.

Hope they stay indifferent until at least next Weds when we play them.

Raps home to Detroit tonight. Hopefully we can make it 2-2. I shall only have it on in the background though, at least until the Yankees start winning.

Ahh yes the World Series. It's been an unusual end to the baseball season in my house. I usually torture myself and attempt to go to work and teach on minimum sleep for a week so I can watch it. I have not bothered to watch one game this year, as I have a very strong dislike for both teams

However, I think the thought of having the fact that the Yankees won the WS series in their first season in their new house rammed down our throats for eternity, means that it would be a little easier to stomach the phillies wining back to back crowns.

Lively game for the Raps last night, with the bench boys and in particular Jarett Jack really getting the job done. The number of points we're conceding is a worry still, but the display from the bench really highlighted how much we've strengthened in that area this season, which definitely makes us a far stronger team than last season.

I'm hoping the defence tightens up and getting Reggie back will certainly help in that area.

We're now on the road for 7 of our next 8 games as we hit the Western Conf. teams. That's really brutal. A huge test so early in the season.
