My oh my, I struggled to find this thread again

Great win for RMI at Burscough in the FA Trophy this afternoon, very entertaining 3-2 win and we certainly played better without the pressures of the league.

I just hope that it's enough to kickstart our season, especially as next weekend is a tough game at Tamworth.

Why are Weymouth in our league? 6 bleedin' hours on one of the most uncomfortable buses I've ever had the displeasure of. They should be in the French leagues...

Surely no worse than the Exeter trip?

Just be glad you weren't in the Conference when we had Margate and Dover, along with Hayes and Kingstonian etc, in the league!

Ah, but Flybe fly from Leeds to Exeter so instead if six hours on an uncomfortable bus, it's just over an hour of being suspended at several thousand feet by a plane that feels like it's held together by chicken wire and PVA glue.

Bootles charge for promotion continues. Another away win last sat, 4-2 at Ashton. Andy Fowler is a Bootle legend already.

The Unibond have told both Curzon Ashton and FC United that their game at the Tameside Stadium on December the 29th is being moved to a dinnertime kick off to be broadcasted on Internet TV. Despite the fact that neither club wants it to happen. No FC board members or officials will be present at the match and they're calling for the fans to boycott it as well. Chorley finally win their 2nd league game of the season last night beating Woodley Sports 5-0.The only way is up from here

Fleetwood looking good in second place with 3 games in hand on leaders Witton in the unibond premier. The squad we have should win that league.
