It's really strange from Rivers this year. The Chargers generally bottle a lot of games and lose them when they should win, but Rivers was usually the bright spot. This year he seems really poor though.

We play them next week. They are very capable of beating us but they need to improve on what they have done the last few weeks, otherwise I quite fancy Rodgers to take them apart.

In other news i'm 7-1 in the Fantasy league. Dropped my first game but have been on a good run since then. 2 games from clinching a play-off spot!

Got a bad week this week with my Lions players (Stafford, Megatron, Hanson) all on a bye so I'm expecting a defeat.

It was the most entertaining game on MNF I have seen this year because of all the action going on. There were what, 8 turnovers? Or was it 9? It certainly wasn't boring to watch.

I literally can't buy a win in the RLFANS fantasy league but am doing well in all my others, won every other game this week.

Wasn't bothered about our league anyway

I'm 6-2 in one league and 8-0 in another. I managed to get people like AJ Green, DeMarco Murray and Cam Newton. AP fell to me at 6.

Jared Allen and DeMarcus Ware are both on pace to break the NFL sack record. I personally think Ware is the best defensive player in the NFL, not seen any player as dominant as him for quite some time, has done it consistently as well.

The BUAFL season starts again this weekend, with a record high number of teams this season, over 70 universities taking part. The big kickoff is in Birmingham on saturday night, as they host Nottingham Trent under the floodlights. We (Staffordshire) have Derby away, a rivalry match, basically deciding week 1 who the top 3 in the Midlands division should be. Possibly under lights this year... www.buafl.net

Apparently people are saying it's not as bad as first reported.

Fortunately none of my RB's that I drafted in my leagues have got season ending injuries, but Best and Felix Jones have gone down with extended injuries. Getting annoyed at players going down right at the beginning of games though. It happened with Earnest Graham at Wembley, with Marshawn Lynch in the warmup before the game 2 weeks ago and with Montario Hardesty last week when he went down after getting only 6 yards!
