Yes. It seems getting stuffed by Russ Brawn has done it for them. I bet they'll be on the grid in 2010 as Ferrari will not be let go by the FIA.

Ferrari's appeal fails, expect more courtroom action before this one's finished. Interesting to note how they have a go at the teams wanting to enter under the new budget cap. If I didn't know better I'd say that displayed arrogance.
