There were 5 second half substitutions. 5 minutes added time wasn't excessive in any way and it was Simeone just being a dick that made an issue about it.

Townsend and ITV were clearly supporting Real Madrid for the night. Ronaldo made a t1t of himself with his goal celebration, but the way he nearly cried when the ref didn't give him the earlier pen was even worse. Townsend should have been laughing at what a pathetic appeal it was from Ronaldo but instead he was insisting it should have been given. Can't stand Townsend and can't work out how he's managed to get the position he has.

This lastest news about the qatar world cup is no suprise. We all knew what went on, of course proving it may be another matter, but we all know the score there.
