Errors are made, but there's always something in the smallprint to protect the bookie, although on this occasion I personally don't believe you have an argument.
Not an argument like mine against paddypower anyway, I signed up as a new customer recently to take advantage of a free £25 bet, I failed to read the smallprint though and failed to sign up through an oddschecker link. I just saw the advert on oddschecker and didn't read it properly so ended up not getting the free bet. They will never recieve a penny from me again or (hopefully) from the many people I've been telling either.
