In his selections Mancini has probably pushed himself closer to the exit with his team selections and formation tinkering this season (not to mention C.L disaster).

Man United will win the league this year...but with that defence (and goal keeper) they'll be shown up in the latter stages of the C.L

On the one hand I'm disgusted by idiots throwing coins at players. But on the other hand maybe Man United players will get the message and stop running towards oppo fans after they've scored.

4 points off fourth with only one striker and our best midfielder missing nearly all the season so far. Boss.

Our next 6 games are all very winnable too. Rodgers doing just fine.

RVP excellent? He was woeful. He put about as much effort into that as I did into the laddo's football this weekend, only RVP didn't have pockets to put his hands in. Even his free kick was terribly struck. About the only decent thing he did all game was knock the ball through to Young for Rooney's first.

Rooney, Valencia, Young, Evans and Ferdinand were United's best today.

City's fans let themselves down today massively. They are idiots.

I hate City, such a classless club. Seeing them lose so dramatically was fun. As was watching Everton turn Tottenham over. The only blight on what was heading to be a perfect day was Liverpool's recovery to somehow win against West Ham. Joe Cole was the difference, always liked him as a player. I cannot imagine why the likes of Downing, Enrique, Shelvey etc are playing ahead of him.

Nearly scored a screamer for what would have been 0-3, which was then subsequently tapped in by Young but for a game changing clanger from Martin Atkinson and his team

You have got 2 strikers. The fact that one of them is utterly rubbish (And expensive with it) and there are no more is partly Rodgers' fault.

You are also only 9 points off relegation and could be in for a torrid time in January if any of the big clubs show an interest in Luis Suarez or Raheem Sterling.

Being 10th, level on points with West Ham and Norwich and behind West Brom and Stoke isn't that great for a club that has spent £241m in the last 5 years on players. But I agree, Rodgers seems a decent manager.

Oh did he? I must have been in the kitchen or bathroom when that happened. Still, he was better than Mancini's Mario. Why any manager would rely on him in such an important game is beyond me, especially when you've got the likes of Dzeko and Tevez on the bench. Mancini always gives him the chance to prove himself and he more often than not lets him down completely.
