That's the only good thing about Jamie 'To be fair' Redknapp as a pundit.

In terms of insight, he's awful. In fact, I'd rather hear his missus's views* on football because Jamie Redknapp is clueless. This isn't a Liverpool thing - as noted above, Carragher is excellent on TV. Apparently he is an absolute boffin on football and it shows.

*preferably as she is wearing dirty underwear.

Yes, yes I did. He was average. In fact, I would go so far to suggest that his career progression has been more down to daddy than any talent he had.

It was having players like Redknapp playing week in week out that saw Liverpool fall behind United in the 90s.

And playing in some of the worst Ingerlund sides of the past 30 years does not make you international quality.
