hope you're not as that would be well and truly in the gutter.

have a mate who's a bcfc season ticket holder and he gets a message every May 11th.
as for heysel i used to live in italy and it's still very raw amongst some people over there.
coming from wigan i have lots of liverpool supporting friends and know many scousers. half the family support liverpool and i know of people who were involved in hillsborough.

doesn't feel right having to justify showing my respects to people who lost their lives watching the game they love, but it looks like that is what it has come to.

It was just a question no need to go off on one, you have a sig and a picture related to Heysel I just wondered why.

My take on last night would be that Fletcher was hugely missed in the United midfield. Giggs was a passenger and Fergusons decision to take Anderson off for Tevez was unbelievable. The ineffectual Carrick was then asked to do 2 mens work and with him struggling to do his own, United were beaten as soon as that substitution was made.

Xavi and Iniesta were magnificent and Barcelona's passing was so much better than United's it was embarrassing. Far too many of United's players had an off night and Fergusons tactics were abysmal. United's best player toiled on the right hand side and was never allowed in to the game and althhough Ronaldo tried he was outshone by Messi.

The icing on the cake is the absolute hearbreak Chelsea fans will be feeling now. 5 bad decisions and a 93rd minute goal away from winning it this year...maybe next year will finally be their year..........

Said the same thing last night. Iniesta is surely turning into the world's best player (bar Messi who is just awesome).

United need a playmaker in the midfield. It was rather disturbing from UNited's perspective to simply not be able to get a touch of the ball.

Agreed, there is nobody who can really take control of a game at the very top level now. Scholes was a master of it but is unfortunately past his best now. Would love to see us go for Fabregas and buy a winger allowing Ronaldo to be used as a striker more when Rooney and Berba need a rest

Which was why I added a wink at the end of my sentence. You don't take everything you read on here literally do you?
