Alan Parry the Liverpool fan? Not a chance, he hardly mentioned Spurs tonight. You could hear his voice going up a notch everytime Liverpool had the ball in Spurs half tonight.

I got the Spurs love in, again, tonight.

and how Spurs play the best football in the Prem (which I'm sick to DEATH of hearing) since their "unlucky" start to the season.....they got 'dicked' twice

Parry is undoubtedly a Scouser, but Sky TELL their comentators what to say, hence the Spurs love-in,
and as for Martin Tyler needing a change of underwear for the last half hour of yesterday's Chelsea v Utd game, he gets more embarrassing every week.

The one who was going on about Spurs was the lead commentator, the one who vocally describes his latest ejaculation over Scott Parker every time he does something. The one who said Houllier would look back on selling Friedel in regret, after looking at everything Brad's achieved. What on earth has Brad Friedel achieved?

Bugger all, he's become a better goalkeeper since leaving though. He's got better and better as time has gone on but I doubt there's any regret to selling him. That's because Parker is the flavour of the season since Spurs signed him isn't he, he's loved by all. If he was still at West Ham or another unfancied London club there wouldn't be half the amount of people calling for him to be England captain.

the Friedel comment was farcicle but the praise of Parker quite justified IMO - he's been consistently hardworking and added some steel to a Spurs midfield - his work rate is amazing.

England captain ? nah,but alongside Gerrard could be just what the national side need for the summer as the Lampard partnership has failed most times it's been tried - and as for Barry ? well......

Most United fans have Tyler down as "arsenal" - that said 3-3 is the sort of fayre sky love, you'll get endless Xmas re runs of that like the Liverpool Newcastle games of old

I thought Gerrard was poor after that Parker kick, he kept trying to get him up and you could see he was mouthing at Parker who he obviously thought was making too much of it, but he clearly was winded etc.

I'm getting really tired of Dalgleish at the minute in interviews pre & post match. He seems to constantly be playing a game with the interviewer who generally is asking a perfectly reasonable question yet Dalgleish tries to outsmart & belittle constantly when you're sat there thinking 'just answer him Kenny', just bores me. He's not even witty with it. Before the game yesterday they interviewed him & Kevin Bond, Bond was honest, articulate, polite etc yet Kenny just tried to make a fool of Burton.

I notice he again last night said 'He should never have been banned in the first place ...' . Hmmm.
