Nani to step into CR9's boots anyone? looks the part here, what do the other reds on here think of the defensive problems we have? carra out now thats 3/4 or even 5 out if you include sami out from last seasons defence id take a draw against spurs right now.

To make the circumstances even more tragic, his girlfriend was 8 months pregnant as well.

Terrible to see someone my own age die in this way. Like other people have pointed out with the almost identical case of Antonio Puerta, as you say something needs to be done.

Looks like Espanyol may name their new stadium after him, which would be a fitting and lasting tribute.
