He's probably at the right place for him to make that step up. A lot of Eastern European countries have good youth sides, but they never seem to have the best senior sides. Every time I've watched Serbia's youth side they've looked class, but not their national side.
This Ukraine side they're playing look awesome, but I bet in 5 years time, their national side will still be poor.
Watching Ljajic here, he looks like he could become a great player. Not sure if he'll go straight into the first team, but he looks far too good for reserve level.
