Sting kicked out of [itwo[/i, count 'em, [itwo[/i Angle Slams AND a Mick Foley Chair Shot, only for Kurt Angle to do the job after a second Scorpion Death Drop (bearing in mind, The Stinger didn't go for a pin after the first one).

It's TNA, it's not supposed to make sense.





Russo comes across in shoot interviews as a decent enough guy, but the bottom line is he hasn't done anything decent in wrestling for ten years now. IMO whilst he's in charge TNA will continue making no significant progress in terms of ratings for example.

I dunno, to be fair, I marked out like a six year old when he won the World title...

They should have at least had Sting do the Scorpion Death Lock to get the win and not make Angle look weak.

TNA got their highest ever rating this week at 1.34 rating and 1.8 million viewers. The main event got a 1.45.

Especially when Sting was pinned by a single Foley chair shot on Impact. Yet, at Destination X, a Foley chair shot and two Angle slams weren't enough.

Angle, IMO the best in the world, falls under the category of "If you can make an opponent look good, you'll always have a job. Unfortunately, you'll always end up [idoing[/i the job".

i'd just like to say, the hardy boys feud has died on it's , the wwe have handled this really badly after a great event back at the royal rumble, it took 2 weeks for jeff to re-appear on SD after it happened whereupon he wasn't seeking revenge then we had two weeks of speaches with twin peaks style mood music which i've never heard them do before.

And it's eventually limped into an extreme rules match at WM. After jeff said he wasn't gonna fight back in feb they should've have matt ing him over every week including at NWO in the elimination chamber, much like (a terrible example i know) barnes did to la russo in karate kid 3.

just keep pounding and pounding till you make him fight.

They'll still have a great match though, much better than when this happened last time
