How do I go about a large booking for the Premier League? Looking at maybe 10, 12 lads heading down. On Ticketmaster the max is six per person. Is it possible to get more from the box office hotline?

And anyone know how sales are going for the MEN?

I think Seetickets are the best ones to approach as they are selling the majority of tickets and always deal with the pre sale tickets I get. This link has all ticket info on, it does say 6 is the limit per person so I think best would be to ring them and see what they say. I think they do normally do group bookings but not sure how you go about it

Yes it had only just begun but it was on already - World Championship had already begun by then and was shown on ITV. He did help raise the profile of darts and still does, that's not in question.

I like Waddell, he's great for darts and his commentary is so unique it's great we have him in darts I just don't like when he commentates on Taylor. I like watching Phil Taylor too, when he's playing at his best it's a joy to watch, I just think he's a bit of a kn0b off stage, his interview's are so patronising and Dave Clark is so far up his ar$e it's untrue but he's the best player there will ever be so you can see where they come from but now we've got the best group of darts players ever and will regularly challenge Taylor and it seems SKY especially Clark need to mention him everytime they speak.

Agreed.

:roll: There was no sarcasim in my post. I never questioned that you didn't know there was darts before Taylor, either so I've no idea what you are on about.

I can `t get over myself, I keep trying but my feet get in the way. :)

Anyhow ,not getting into a spat over darts.All about opinions at the end of the day. :D

Indeed and I think we're both agreeing in a roundabout way anyway, we both know Taylor and Waddell are good, and always have been, fort darts. I think SKY over do their love for Taylor and as the others improve around him the most desperate they become to mention him.

Anyone watching Lakeside? A good mate of mine is playing in it this year, Stephen Bunting, beat Scott Waites last night and is the quarters against Dean Winstanley tomorrow night.

The World Championship started after Indoor League, The News of the World was on telly prior to the introduction of the WC (irony there watching some of the 'action' at the Lakeside.}

Sorry to see him get hammered 5-1 ... he's a good lad.

That's the one I meant - The News of the World Darts Championship.

Why is it ironic? I was watching a mate play in the biggest tournment of his year and the biggest games of his career, I'm a darts fan so I watch BDO and PDC although I have a preference to one over the other. I still don't see your point.

Gutted for him tonight, he didn't deserve that the way he played but again his finishing let him down. He went out in round one last year and had a dart to win most legs but didn't take his chances. I've sent him a text but he probably wasn't in the mood to reply. He's a cracking lad, he'll be back. To be fair he did say playing Waites was the biggest match of his career so to win that and get the experience of a quarter final can only do him good.

Martin Phillips against Wolfie should be a decent game tomorrow.

Just comparing World Championship averages, the top BDO average in their Championship this year (92.40) would make 19th on the PDC list.

Stephen Bunting over his 3 matches was 91.78 and that would be 22nd.
