Backed Mi-Hyun Kim @ 80/1 for the LPGA Corning Classic. She was 2nd in 2008 and 3rd in 2007. She's missed 3 of 6 cuts this season (including the last twice) but back on one of her favourite courses she's worth a couple of quid each way at the price.

Tonight Eastbourne take on Ipswich away and Ladbrokes have the visitors (+11)

Ipswich have won at home this season by 4,3,10 and 11 points and lost by 2.

Eastbourne away have won at Poole, been thrashed by Lakeside (not helped by No 1 rider Davey Watt having to pull out mid meeting), had a narrow defeat by Swindon and drawn at Belle Vue.

Eastbourne are using rider replacement because of Dave Norris being injured but that is no bad thing as he has not been that prolific a scorer and reserve Ricky King will do a good job taking some of those rides. Bridger will have a point to prove after last night and expect big points from him.

To me it is a very narrow win either way and watch out for when other bookies price up but double figure starts on Eastbourne are the way to go.

May be best if the rain comes to go low on total points as I'd expect they will pitch it in the mid 60's though no one yet seems to have priced it up so perhaps are being cautious because of the weather.


I'd happily go low on 65 points or so.

Boylesports have just gone +/- 67.5 (5/6).

That looks good for under 67.5 but maybe someone else will put 70 as the mark before the game kicks off and in any conditions 70 points a match is a big ask, unless Gateshead are playing
