Looks like it's the Dolphins that are this years team overpaying FA's to get better whilst the Bears only get their 3rd or 4th choice o-lineman.

Manning, Welker, Thomas, Dekker. Huge pass team next season. not too bad in rush game either. Best chargers can hope for is a wildcard spot i think.
