to be fair its not the results against those teams that keep you in the prem its the mini league at the bottom you have to win in the first season - like sunderland have done this year

Too right. Although IMO the mini league at the bottom will be smaller next year than this year.

It's going to be very difficult for the new teams.

Speaking of records, I think only Sean Davis has played for the same club in all the professional divisions, and that record could be taken awya from him as a few more names could be added. Windass, Ashbee, Myhill and France off the top of my head
