What i don't get when people go on about 'the fergie stopwatch' is that the other team also have the added time to score and win a match.

What happens after 90 mins ? do the away team stop playing and just let Utd pepper the goal ?

Im sure if the bitters had scored in the 95th minute they wouldn't be crying about it.

It's not the away teams lack of ambition that is the issue. The issue is the perception that Fergie's continual beration of referees over injury time has put pressure on refs to be generous in giving you extra time to net a winner.
