Raheem and the entire staff gone. I'm looking for a 49ers style turnaround next year if we get the right guy. The team stopped playing for the coach after the loss to Green Bay.
A few player changes are needed too. We need some experience at lineback and need some speed out wide too. Cornerback is a definate need as Ronde will probably retire and Talib could be on jail. Biggers needs to be cut and is not an answer.
I don't mind all this building through the draft as it will pay off but this season has shown just how much we need experience as well. Barrett Ruud may not be the most athletic of linebackers but we missed his calling and leadership. Same with Cadillac.
Freeman is most definitely a franchise QB and this season was more a reflection of the guys around him than just him. Yes, he had a lot of ints but for the majority they were blown routes or tips off good passes. I'm not saying he was totally innocent though but he is a quality player.
