I've just been watching the High School All American game. Landon Collins is getting a whooppin' when he gets home tonight. He just verbally committed to Alabama over LSU (He's from NOLa). His momma wasnt happy and shook her head. Then told the ESPN cameras that Bama was the wrong choice for her son

Now there's a surpriding turn of events for the first NFL news to see...the Patriots have asked for permission to speak to Josh McDaniels.

BoB was named Penn State coach too.

I wanted McDaniels back last year and said I thought he could come back if the time was right this year but didn't expect us to go after him whilst he was still in a coaching position

I reckon he will end up at the Chiefs, then take over as HC in a few years.

Brady hasn't done too badly without him TBH, I reckon McDaniels needs Brady more than Brady needs McDaniels.

See ya later Joshua. Maybe his offense was a bit too complicated to try and learn in the shortened pre-season but Jebus H. Christ he makes some weird calls. Oh and his trick plays stink! With us anyway

Bar Green Bay thats not a bad home schedule, if we find the form of 2009, 7-1 at home is realistic.

Away on the other hand, tricky, typical the one year it looks like we're not playing the Spies, we get paired with the AFC East anyway.

Don't worry once Manning is gone there will be no rivalry and no reason for them to make us play against the chokes every year

Is Haynesworth cursed? Since waiving Albert Haynesworth, the Patriots are 8-0. Since claiming Haynesworth, the Buccaneers are 0-8.

Coincidental

We had lost the previous 4 prior to him coming in and he was one of the better players week in, week out for us. The bigger thing for us was Gerald McCoy injury. We were 4-2 with him at DT. After his injury we were 0-12. Losing Price as well (prompting the acquisition of Haynesworth) killed us totally meaning we were using our 4th, 5th and 6th string defensive tackles for most of the season. Clayborn and Bowers were still looking good though. I cant wait to see those 2 next year when McCoy is getting double teamed up the middle.
