BTW, was anybody at the Burnley - Tractorboys game? That has to be the most bizarre reason for delaying a kick off I've ever heard. In fact I can forsee somewhere down the line questions in pub quizzes about it.
Apparently the bloke who landed on the roof was booked for descent.
Bobbie Goulding, can you hear me? Your British lads (Barrett, Richards, Vaealiki, Leuluai etc etc etc) took one hell of a beating.

Well ok, so if we apply your logic, this means that you can never ever give your opinion of who you think is a good rugby league player, because you support widnes and therefore wouldnt know a good rugby league player if he smacked you in the face with a 3 eyed fish
Says Lisbie although I'm positive he didn't get the majority touch on the ball. More of an OG for me.
I haven't seen the goals, so I'll take your word for it.
Better result. Tough place to goto is Turf Moor. We now have three tough games coming up though, starting at home against Wolves.
You're right there, at least Reading & Wolves are at home, I'd fancy our chances at Portman Road more thatn at their grounds. With the new players coming in - Moritz Volz from Fulham & Shola Amoebe from Newcastle, according to the Beeb, Who knows where we'll end up - Play offs at least should be a realistic target. Mind you we'll have to do something about our away form.

We've got to get them playing as a team, all these new faces may not be a big ht straight away. Ameobi move is off though it seems.
David Platt, David Platt,

As our player you were a Samp legend
As our manager you were a Samp Leg-End

Silly decision imo, where are they in the league, 9th? surely he deserved a little more time to work with the players he had. If Briatore is intending to run the club in a non-Chelsea style manner, in other words having cash but not spending it crazily then surely stability is the best course of action. How many managers have they had since the consortium bought them? Gregory, Luigi di Canio, Dowie and another.
There is a rumour circuling around that Roberto Mancini will replace him. If QPR are looking for a promotion expert look no further than Walter Novellino, ex Sampdoria manager who got us back up to the top flight after the misery years of poor signings, David Platt's disasterous reign, Danny Dichio wearing a Sampdoria shirt and relegation to Serie B following Sven's departure to Lazio. Currently unemployed after biting the bullet at Torino last year. Could they approach Gianluca Vialli and give him a second chance at management after his bad spell at Watford. My tip give Big Sam Allardyce first refusal on the job.
