It does mickey me off that Xisco cant even get in ahead of Shola.

No one is that bad.

Shola is absolutely awful.

Crespo wasn't world class? He was a world record fee IIRC, surely a player breaking those kind of records has to be one of the best?

Mascherano's one of the best holding midfielders in the world, so I'd say it's fair to say he's world class. I can name more wide players better than Robinho than I can name holding midfielders better than Mascherano.

I look forward to the press tomorrow slating Chelsea in the sammer manner that they slated Newcastle for sacking managers.

Our over-demanding fans, forceful supporters and owners who love to sack managers.

Cant quite see it happening though with it being Chelsea and all though.

Three of the four scorers' tonight should have been given more opportunities in the first team - LuaLua, Xisco and Ranger.

Xisco is a brilliant player, I can't believe he hasn't been given a chance.

I think he will be off in the Summer.

Cant see him wanting to stay and sit on a bench, especially behind the likes of Abemobi.

LuaLua looks good, full of tricks, just depends what his final ball is like.

Yeah, because there wasn't a word of criticism when Chelsea were getting rid of Ranieri, Mourinho or Grant.

If Kinnear starts playing him or we get another manager in, I think he'll stay. Owen and Viduka will be off and Smith is likely to be deployed as a midfielder. He'd make a good foil for Martins.

LuaLua needs to be played. He's scored some brilliant goals and creates a lot too which is what we lack. He also plays in an area where we are weak which is an added bonus.

Considering Newcastle payed £6m/£7m fir Xicso, I can't see why he is sat on the bench. It seems a waste of money if he isn't going to get played.
