If the FA ban Adebayor on the grounds of improper conduct, it will set a dangerous precedent. If this actually took place in a court, the charges would fail, without doubt.
I'm not a legal expert, unlike you, but what is the difference between Adebayor's behaviour and screaming "Fire" in a crowded room?
If you walk past a group who are being spoken to by the police and suggest that they outnumber the cops and should all run for it, do you think you'll be arrested and charged or not? I'd suggest you will.
